Even though the manufacturing process may seem rather simplistic, there are many steps to producing a high quality PVC pipe. Beginning with concise blending of materials to the carefully controlled extrusion process and multiple quality control tests that are performed after the product has been produced; each step is essential to providing decades of uninterrupted water, sewer and irrigation service.
